Kronplatz, after which the whole holiday region Kronplatz is named, is the best known of the three ski resorts. It towers over the middle of the Pustertal between the towns of Brunico-Bruneck, S. Vigilio di Marebbe-St. Vigil and Valdaora-Olang.
